This mixed methods research aimed to study differences between the general status of supervisor/employer/operators and satisfaction level of supervisor/employer/operators towards graduates of the Commercial Pilot License – Aeroplane with Instrument Rating and Multi Engine Aeroplane Class Rating Program and graduates of the Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter Program from the Civil Aviation Training Center in the Fiscal Year 2019. The research also studies differences between the general status of supervisor/employer/operators and quality level in performance of graduates of the Commercial Pilot License – Aeroplane with Instrument Rating and Multi Engine Aeroplane Class Rating Program and graduates of Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter Program from the Civil Aviation Training Center in the Fiscal Year 2019. In addition, the research aimed to study performance quality of graduates in the Commercial Pilot License – Aeroplane with Instrument Rating and Multi Engine Aeroplane Class Rating Program and graduates of Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter Program from the Civil Aviation Training Center in the Fiscal Year 2019, The population in the research were supervisors/employers/operators at the workplaces of 16 graduates who have completed the training in the Commercial Pilot License – Aeroplane with Instrument Rating and Multi Engine Aeroplane Class Rating No 112 – 114. 6 samples were from the program of Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter No 50. Total number of samples was 22 people who have completed the programs and worked in aviation. Instruments using in this research were a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview to collect data, both survey and interview. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and test the hypothesis using inferential statistics which are One-Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA, and multiple regression.
The research revealed that the satisfaction level of the supervisor/employer/operators towards graduates of the Flight Training Program of the Civil Aviation Training Center in the Fiscal Year 2019 was at a high level. Considering each aspect, morality and ethics were at the highest level. Personality, academic and profession was at a high level. Overall, the satisfaction towards the performance quality to graduates of the Flight Training Program of the Civil Aviation Training Center in the Fiscal Year 2019 was at a high level. In addition, considering each aspect, the satisfaction level of accomplishment was higher than other aspects.
The examination of hypothesis found that different organizations of supervisors/ employers/operators had different results of satisfaction in 2 aspects, which were personality, morality and ethics. Differences in organizational structure of supervisors/employers/operators appeared different outcome on personality satisfaction. While different organization of supervisors/employers/operators effected on the overall quality of performance of the graduates. Year experience of supervisors/employers/operators had different results in performance quality of the graduates in terms of achievement and success. Differences in organizational structure of supervisors/employers/operators affected to level of operational quality of the graduates in procurement and utilization of resources as well as the aspect of achievement and success. In addition, the performance quality of graduates in Flight Training Program of the Civil Aviation Training Center toward procurement and utilization of resources as well as the aspect of achievement and success had different outcomes in satisfaction of supervisors/ employers/operators. While the performance quality of the graduates of the Civil Aviation Training Center in terms of different operational processes did not reveal different affects to satisfaction of supervisors/employers/operators, that a level of statistic was significantly at 0.05.
